First Visit

To assist in your consultation, please bring :

• Referral letters from general practitioner
• Medicare, pension, DVA and private health fund cards.
• Most recent mammograms or ultrasound scans, if available.
• Any available biopsy results.
• Please inform you surgeon if you are on any blood – thinning agents e.g. Aspirin, Plavix, Co-Plavix, Warfarin and Rivaroxaban. If unsure, please check with your surgeon or general practitioner.
• If you prefer, feel free to bring your partner or a companion to your consultation.
